Listing, Searching and Managing your Orders

In order to manage your Orders, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with CLOUD21, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Orders

  1. Login to your Control Panel:

    For Resellers: See details

    For Customers: See details

  2. Next, click

    For Resellers: Products -> List All Orders.

    For Customers: Manage Orders -> List/Search Orders.

  3. Search for the specific Product Orders by selecting the appropriate Product under the For Product drop-down menu.


    For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Include Sub-Reseller's results check box.

  4. On the next page, you would see a list of Product specific Orders bought through CLOUD21. Click the domain name associated with an Order to reach the Order Overview.

  5. Click the Product specific tab on the right hand side to reach the Order Information view, from where you can manage the Order.

Additional Information

For Resellers: You can also use the Search Bar on the Control Panel home page to bring up the Order Information view for an Order. This Search Bar will also be available on the topmost menu bar, in every page of the Reseller Control Panel.

  1. Provide the domain name in the search field.

  2. Select Order from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click the Search button.

  4. On the next page, click the Product specific tab on the right hand side.
